Luminestario's team is built around educators who have worked with Mexican employees across different industries. We understand the specific financial situations that workers in Mexico face — biweekly pay cycles, mandatory benefits like AFORE and Infonavit, credit card debt cycles — and we know how to explain them clearly in a group setting.
Responsible for developing the core curriculum and leading in-person workshops. Background in adult education and personal finance communication, with experience working across manufacturing, services, and retail sectors in Veracruz and surrounding states.
Coordinates and delivers virtual workshop sessions, adapting content for remote and hybrid teams. Focuses on keeping online sessions interactive and practical, ensuring the same quality of learning regardless of physical format.
Keeps workshop content current with changes to AFORE regulations, Infonavit rules, and financial products available to Mexican workers. Ensures all materials are accurate, up to date, and explained in plain language that works for groups with varying levels of financial knowledge.
